用truffle将项目部署到ropsten连接不上

一开始出现There was a timeout while attempting to connect to the network at undefined.Check to see that your provider is valid.If you have a slow internet connection, try configuring a longer timeout in your Truffle config. Use the networks[networkName].networkCheckTimeout property to do this.这个问题，重新检查了配置文件后又出现The network id specified in the truffle config (3) does not match the one returned by the network (1). Ensure that both the network and the provider are properly configured.这问题，请问该怎么解决
